Is vegetable oil rapeseed oil?
Vegetable oils include all oils from plant sources. But generally in the UK, if an oil is labelled vegetable oil it is, in fact, rapeseed oil. Have a look at the label and ingredients list on the bottle of oil you use. You might be surprised to see that you’re already using rapeseed oil. Some bottles even have a picture of the sunny, yellow rapeseed flowers.
